Tony Jaa delivers another round of stunningly choreographed fight scenes. As expected the story isn’t up to much and most of the characters are so badly under developed that following the general thread can be difficult at times. But when it’s good it’s really good - even if it doesn’t know whether to take itself seriously or fall into parody.
